Layaway:
We offer a Free 6 months Layaway Plan for any item you desire. A 20% down payment is required along with a monthly payment to keep account active. Modifications (such as ring sizing will be made at balance payoff). If there is a 3 month lapse of payment, layaway will be cancelled (with a 10% re-stocking fee) and the monies received will be put into a store credit for 6 months.
Financing:
We offer financing through Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo offers 6, 9, 12 months no interest financing, with the optional extended financing during special promotions.
Gift certificates:
Lance & Co. Jewelers offers gift certificates in any denomination.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Altered items are on a piece by piece bases whether a return is applicable.
Special order are not be returnable. Such items can be exchangeable, please see your receipt for details.
Custom Design pieces are non-refundable & non-exchangeable
Refunds:
Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be “in new condition”, and you must present a copy of your receipt. Refunds are subject to restocking fees if applicable (please ask sales associate for details)
After 30 days there is a re-stocking fee based on subtotal amount.
Refunds will be issued to the Credit Card that is listed as the purchasing card, payments by cash or check will be refunded in by check from our office with 14 business days of return.
There are no Refunds or Exchanges on Clearance Items
Custom Work:
All custom jewelry is nonrefundable.
Warranty:
Lance & Co. Jewelers provides an appraisal on all items purchased, which should be given to your homeowners or renters insurance for full coverage.
Large Center stones are under Lance & Co. warranty for 15 days. All side diamonds are guaranteed for 3 months from pick up.
Lance & Co. repair work is guaranteed, based on the condition of the piece that was brought in.
